We successfully achieved the goal as well as designing, planning and initiating a new approach to productisation of services to support the future ‘as a service’ development and delivery.
FutureIQ planned and completed acquisition of Terralink on behalf of the NZ and Australian owners. FutureIQ continued to successfully plan and manage the merger and integration of Terralink with PropertyIQ including organisational re-design and integration of all aspects of the business and people change. The scope included strategy, legal, financial, technology, marketing, data, operations and even a fitout of the new premises.
FutureIQ led the planning and hands on implementation and delivery of a total organisational re-design and transformation of the changed Grid Asset Operations group, including insourcing and people change, consolidation of the national operations capability and associated refurbishment projects. Design and delivery of the National Services Operations Capability, comprising seven change projects, divided into specific sets of common deliverables aimed at reduced operational costs, increased performance, customer satisfaction, business culture and personal development. FurutreIQ led the programme for the entire associated change programme.
In addition, FutureIQ also planned and managed the organisational design of a new key business group – National Works Planning. This covered all aspects of organisation design, strategies, structure, people and business capability, including Programme Directorship of the associated change programme
FutureIQ successfully planned implemented and led delivery of the transition programme of Shell (NZ) on behalf of Infratil and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund. The programme successfully delivered 79 projects transforming the entire business including optimisation and technology. The work was completed well ahead of plan with the realisation of 100% above projected savings (5% of operational cost). FutureIQ was also instrumental in completing the forward planning and delivery of the initial strategic business change Programme.
